How do I cancel/modify an order?

Our goal is to get your order shipped as soon as possible. As a result, orders cannot be cancelled or modified once they are placed. If you have questions about making a return, please see to our return information page or  email us at service@niksahealth.com

How do I make a return?

We gladly accept online returns within 90 days of purchase for a full refund to the original form of payment. niksahealth.com does not currently offer exchanges. We are only able to process returns for items purchased on niksahealth.com. If you would like to return an item, please visit niksahealth.com for more information. 

When will I receive my refund?

Once received, please allow up to two business days for your return to be processed and 3-5 business days for the refund to reflect on your account. It may take longer for the change to reflect in your monthly printed statement, up to two billing cycles.
