What size am I?

We recommend using a tape measure to find your perfect fit. If you're in between sizes on our size chart, we suggest sizing down for a more compressive fit, or sizing up for a more relaxed fit. How do I wash and take care of my Niksa workout clothes?

Wash in cold water and hang to dry. It's better for the environment and reduces energy use in addition to being the best way to take care of your clothes.

Do Foot Spa Bath Massager have a warranty?

We offer a 12-months warranty, please contact our customer service by email service@niksahealth.com if there are any problems.


I have not received my order, how can I track it?

Once your product is ready to ship, NIKSA will send you a shipment confirmation which will include your tracking number.

How do I cancel/modify an order?

Our goal is to get your order shipped as soon as possible. As a result, orders cannot be cancelled or modified once they are placed. If you have questions about making a return, please email us at service@niksahealth.com or see our Return Policy.

I ordered something and now it’s on sale. Do you offer price protection?

At niksahealth.com, we strive to provide an exceptional customer experience. If you find a lower advertised price on the product that you purchased 30 days after receipt, we welcome the opportunity to match the competitor’s price. Please see Price Protection.

Return & Exchanges

What is your return policy?

We gladly accept unworn, unwashed items with the tags still attached within 30 days of receipt. You should bear the shipping cost if you don’t like the purchase after receipt. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards. For defective, damaged items or wrong orders, please contact us and keep the original packaging and tag so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.You may not need to bear the delivery fee. How do I submit a return/exchange?

Please send us an email at service@niksahealth.com. We’ll then walk you through the return process and provide you with return/exchange labels. More information can be found on our Return Policy .

When will I receive my exchange order?

Your exchange order will be placed once your return is accepted by us. From there, your exchange will take our usual 7-15 business days to arrive depending on where you’re located.


What shipping options can I choose from? How much is shipping?

You can choose standard shipping express or express shipping to deliver you purchases. Shipping cost depends on distance. Please see Shipping Policy.

Where do you ship?

We currently offer shipping to the US, and also available worldwide. Due to COVID-19, some areas might unable to ship, but don’t worry: when it’s back, you’ll be the first to know through our newsletter. Thanks for hanging in there.

When will my order arrive?

To USA: Standard Shipping (7-15 days) /Express Shipping (3-7 days) To Rest of World: Standard Shipping (7-14 days) Once your order ships, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking. Please note any order placed over the weekend will ship out the following Monday. We are unable to process orders on weekends or holidays.
